Vineyard Haven, Mass., Dec. 3 - Schr. "William H. Mitchell", Patterson, of Joggins, N.S., for New York, with a cargo of piling, arrived here today reports December 1st, about 4 p.m., off Cape Cod, seaman John GALBRAITH, fell overboard from the after part of the vessel and was drowned. He sank soon after striking the water making it impossible to rescue him.
