Upham (Kings Co.) July 2 - As pleasant an event which has taken place here for some time was a pretty marriage in St. Peter's Church yesterday when Mr. MacFARLANE of Millstream and Miss BAXTER of this place were united in holy matrimony by Rev. S. Jones Hanford. The former was aided in his task by Isaac BAXTER, brother of the bride, while the bride was supported by Miss LITTLE, niece of the groom. The bride on the arm of her brother, John BAXTER, was ahndsomely dressed. Many of the presents came from Moncton where Miss Baxter has resided for the last two years. Mr. and Mrs. MacFarlane will reside at Millstream.
