Frederick SEELEY of St. John, 17 years old, was admitted to Victoria General Hospital yesterday. Some time ago he fell while attempting to board a train at Wolfville, injuring one of his arms so badly that amputation below the shoulder became necessary. Seeley was a student at Acadia College.
