Patrolman Jones of the Fourth Precinct of Jersey City, N.J. one day last week found a young girl staggering and in great agony on his beat in Summit Ave. soon after midnight. She said that she had taken poison and that she was Annie NAGLE, 17 years old. Officer Jones took her to the hospital where doctors worked on the girl with a stomach pump and used antidotes, but in spite of their efforts she died before 3 o'clock. Annie lived at 652 Grand Street and worked in a pocket book factory. She came from St. John three years ago. A box half full of rat poison and 57 cents were found in Annie's pocket.
