The will of the late Robert JOHNSON, St. Stephen (Charlotte Co.) is to be contested, W.C.H. Grimmer, on behalf of a sister of the deceased, who resides in Illinois, having filed a caveat thereto. The deceased employed Mr. GRIMMER in 1885 in 1885 to make a will in which he bequested the bulk of his property to his two sisters in Illinois and California. He named as his executors George S. GRIMMER and Joseph A. SIMPSON. On the death of Mr. Grimmer, a codicile was added in which C.N. VROOM was appointed in Mr. Grimmer's place. In 1892 a new will was made in which the property was devised almost entirely to the California sister. A few days before his death another codicile was added to the original will, in which the first codicile was revoked. (see original)
