The remains of the late James T. RAYMOND were laid to rest yesterday in the Rural (Fernhill) Cemetery. He was a member of the Independent Order of Foresters and was buried with Forestric honors under the auspices of Court La Tour, assisted by St. John Encampment Royal Foresters of which deceased was also a member. The Artillery band was in attendance and proceeded the hearse. The pall bearers, three of whom were chosen from the encampment and three from Court La Tour were E.W. PAUL, A.R. CAMPBELL, L.A. GRIFFITHS, I. Edgar GOLDING, D.G. LINGLEY and John W. VANWART. The remain were conducted to Exmouth Street Methodist Church and then to the cemetery. Rev. Job Shenton was the officiating clergyman. The mourners were Wm RAYMOND and his two sons and the son of the deceased.
