Apohaqui (Kings Co.) June 8 - While working in the Erb & Abrams mill today, Samuel SCRIBNER lost his right hand. Brushing some shavings from before the planing machine his hand was caught and severed at the wrist leaving, however, a small portion of the thumb. Unfortuately it is his right hand. Dr. Johnson dressed the wound.
