We regret much to hear the death of Frederick SEARS which occured at Rio de Janerio on 16th ult. Mr. SEARS, in his 25th years of age, was the son of Robert SEARS, Esq. of (St. John) city and a native of New York where he was engaged in business. His failing health caused him to take a voyage to Rio, where he arrived a few days previous to his death.
