William HIGGINS of this city died Thursday afternoon at Dorchester Penitentiary. Higgins was arrested March 10th, 1893 on a charge of having assaulted his mother, Mrs. Hannah HIGGINS of Brussels St. by striking her over the head with a frying pan. Higgins was sentenced to three years in Dorchester by the late Judge Peters.
