A quiet wedding took place at the residence of Dr. James WALKER, South Bay (St. John) last eve., it being the first marriage solemnized by Rev. Godfrey Shore since he became pastor of the Carleton Presbyterian Church. The pricipals were B.H. APPLEBY and Mrs. Emily M. McLEAN. Rev. W.H. Sampson, rector of St. George's Church assisted in performing the ceremony.
