The remains of Walter C. FAIRWEATHER were conveyed to their last resting place in the Rural (Fernhill) Cemetery yesterday afternoon. The funeral took place from his father's residence on Sewell St. 3 o'clock. After a brief service at the house, the remains were taken to St. John's Church where the rector, Rev. J. deSoyres conducted an impressive service. The Board of Underwriters walked in a body behind the mourners. The pall bearers were L.P.D. TILLEY, H.F. PUDDINGTON, M.W. McLAUGHLIN, W.J. STARR, J. Gillis KEATOR and G.O. PHEASANT.
