The residence of Robert CLARKE of Carleton (St. John) was the scene of a quiet wedding yesterday afternoon when Joseph SCOTT, a former resident of this city, but now of Pittsburg, Pa., was united in marriage to Miss Agnes B. CLARKE. The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Jennie CLARKE while Charles EVERITT did the honors for the groom. The nuptial knot was tied by Rev. W.J. Burgess.
