Amherst, N.S. - It is with deep regret that I record the death of Joseph WEEKS, well known throughout the county of Cumberland which took place Saturday after a short illness from typhoid fever. The funeral took place from the Baptist Church Sunday and the remains were interred in the Highland Cemetery. Every sympathy is felt for Mrs. Weeks and family of six children.
