The ten year old son of Philip RICHARD, St. Mary's (Kent Co.) was drowned Monday afternoon. The child when last seen was paddling about in the river on a small raft which he had constructed from pieces of deals. On failing to return home, parties were sent in search of him, but found no trace until Tuesday morn. when the body was recovered. As it was clearly a case of accidental drowning, no iquest will be held.
