The funeral of Richard P. MARTIN took place yesterday afternoon from his residence on Winter street. The remains were taken to the Church of the Holy Trinity where service was celebrated by Rev. J.J. Walsh. The interment was in the Old Catholic Cemetery. No. 1 and No. 2 division of the Ancient Order of Hibernians preceded the hearse. Thomas Cosgrove was the Marshall. The pall bearers were John L. CARLETON, Joshua WARD, John O'REGAN, John CONNOR, James L. MORRISON and John JENKINS.
