We record today the death of Capt. William ATKINSON of bark "Antwerp" of which vessel he was also part owner. Capt. A. left the vessel in Philadelphia in June last, then being in poor health. After coming home, he appeared for a time to rally, but began to sink about three weeks ago and on Tuesday he was called to his rest. Capt. A. was one of five brothers, all captains, of whom only one, Capt. Joseph ATKINSON of "A.E. Botsford" is now living. - Sackville 'Borderer'
