A cablegram to George N. SPINNEY of Yarmouth, N.S. from Capt. F.C. DOTY of Yarmouth ship "Ismir" at Buenos Ayres, conveys the intelligence of the death of his brother, Capt. James C. DOTY, formerly of yarmouth, master of steamship "Gaida". No further particulars. Capt. Doty was a son of Charles DOTY of Hebron and a son-in-law of the late Capt. Amos HEALY. He leaves a widow and two children, resident in Buenos Ayres.
