Miss Elizabeth ROBERTSON d/o late James ROBERTSON died at the residence of Richard CLUFF at an early hour Monday morn. after about a week's illness. The deceased lived alone at her residence Connell St., Woodstock where she was taken suddenly ill on the morn. of the 8th and went to bed, leaving the doors unlocked, supposing that some one would come in during the day, as she kept a few articles for sale. She remained confined to her bed until the following Wednesday morn. when a little girl entered the shop. Miss Robertson had strength to call to her and requested her to go for Mrs. Richard CLUFF. Mrs. Cluff quickly responded and at once had the sick lady conveyed to her own home where she had medical attendance and every attention and comfort possible until death came. Her remains were interred in the graveyard, Upper Woodstock, Wednesday.
