Fatal Accident at Albert Mines - William A. BOYD came to his death from the premature explosion of a shot fired by John DEE while attempting to blast rock in the Albert Mines. The said shot produced a sufficient concussion as to cause by its effect the instant death of William A. Boyd. Amos JAMESON, who was found wounded from the effect of the shot which killed Mr. Boyd, died the following day, age 18, s/o Joseph JAMESON living in the Mines District. ..
