To the Editor of the 'Telegraph' - Sir: Kindly permit me through the medium of your values paper to express my heartfelt thankfulness to the people of North Head and Centreville, Grand Manan, for the sympathy and many deeds of kindness shown to me in connection with the drowning of my son and recovery of his body; also his burial. Now we have been able to give him Christian burial we feel some of our weight of sadness lifted from our hearts which was placed there by the loss that can never be made up to us on this earth.
