Belleisle (Kings Co.) Sept. 19 - The funerals of Jesse J. FOWLER and Miss Maggie LONG took place at the same hour Monday afternoon. The sermon on the occasion was preached by Rev. Bailey and services at the grave were performed by him and Rev. David Long of Norton. A widowed mother, a sister and a brother survive him. The other funeral was that of Maggie daughter of Willis LONG. Deceased was in her 12th year. Her death resulted from slow fever.
