Bathurst (Glouc. Co.) May 9 - The funeral of Robert ELLIS, C.E., took place from his residence, King Street, Bathurst. The services at the house and at St. George church were conducted by Rev. A.J. Reid. The pall bearers were John SIVEWRIGHT, M.P.P., J.P. BURNS, A.J.H. STEWART, James BUTTIMER, Samuel BISHOP and T.F. KEARY. The deceased was 56 years of age. He held the office of deputy crown surveyor for about 25 years. - 'Sun'
