Fredericton, Sept. 8 - Willie CLARK, a little boy of 11 years of a ge, s/o Henry CLARK of this city, was drowned while bathing in the river opposite the flats about five o'clock this afternoon. The boy got into a hole where the water was over his depth and, as he was unable to swim, he could not get out. Mr. Clark is in Minnesota, to which place he went about six weeks ago and the sad occurrence has completely prostrated Mrs. Clark. (abridged)
