The funeral of the late Cornelius COLLINS, the well known Carleton athlete, took place from his residence in Carleton Saturday afternoon. Members of the Carleton branch of the C.M.B.A. attended the funeral in a body, accompanied by representatives from the city and Fairville branches. The remains were taken to the Church of Assumption where Requiem Mass was celebrated. The pall bearers were Thos. McKENNA, Robt. QUINLAN, John WARD, Michael MORRISEY, Thos. FITZGERALD and P.J. O'KEEFFE.
