John CONNOLLY and Daniel COLLINS while scuffling yesterday morn. at the head of Market Slip (St. John) near the Ten Hour's System Bell, came in contact with the railing which gave way, when both fell from the wharf, a distance of 15 or 20 feet to the rock below. Collins, who belonged to Indian Town, died shortly after. Connolly is seriously injured but expected to recover.
