The 'Globe' learns that a fatal accident occurred the latter portion of last week on the Intercolonial Railway near Bathurst (Glouc. Co.). An embankment on the railway caved in, covering a number of workmen. John GOOD was taken out dead. He belonged to Bathurst and has not been known as a very amiable character any more than has been his brother, who was once tried for murdering his wife.
