Accident! A man named Edward O'NEIL and another, name unknown, was drowned on Friday se'night, near Partridge Island (St. John Co.), by upsetting of a boat, in which with several other persons, they were going on board the Schr. "Mary Elizabeth" for New York. We understand that O'NEIL has left wife and family.
