Mrs. LYONS and Mrs. CASSIDY we are assured, got to Carleton in safety. Capt. FIRTH is among the missing and it is believed that his is the unidentified body in the Dead House (the previous column states that Capt. FRITH's body had been found and identified beyond question); Timothy O'LEARY, an old man who kept a fruit stand on Market Square, is believed to have perished in Drury Lane. There is no truth to the report that John E. TURNBULL is lost. The entire JAMIESON family, with the exception of one little girl, is missing. Mr. Jamieson is the party who inherited the fortune ($7,000 from Scotland - see earlier issue of D.N.) a short time ago. He was last seen driving in a carriage while the fire was at its height on Germain St.; At 10 o'clock yesterday another body was found in the ruins of R. O'BRIEN's liquor store on Germain St. about opposite where Trinity Church stood. The body was much burned and unrecognizable. There was a watch and chain with the remains and these Mr. B. BRENNAN identified as Mr. R. THOMAS, a young man who was employed in Fitzpatrick's warehouse on Nelson St. As this man is missing, it is supposed the remains are his.
