The will of the late Capt. Hugh Williams CHISHOLM was proved yesterday by John McMillan, one of the executors. The other executor is the son of deceased, Thomas W. CHISHOLM to whom he leaves all his property. The estate is set down at $4,000 and upwards personal property; no real estate. John Kerr, proctor.
