Henry S. BELL s/o late Geo. B. BELL of Chatham (North. Co.) who is now carrying on the manufacture of children's carriages &c. at Baltimore, arrived here on Wednesday to pay his friends a visit. He left on Monday on his way to Halifax to participate Wednesday in an enteresting ceremony, in which his youngest sister is to take an important part.
