Death of St. John Captain - Advices from Algiers under date 17th ult. says: The schr. "Aldythe" of St. John, N.B., arrived at Algiers 15th Nov., after a very tempestuous passage, during which she lost he deck load of timber. This gave rise to litigation between the master George SEELY and the co-signee of the cargo, which was settled by the Court of Appeal in favor of the master on the 5th inst. Immediately afterward the master was attacked with confluent small pox and died this morn.
