James M. GIBBON of Studholm (Kings Co.) died 20th from the effects of an accident caused by a horse stumbling and falling in the main road between Sussex and Berwick. Mr. Gibbon fell headlong from the carriage, striking on the top of the forehead, breaking his neck and causing instant death. The deceased was a brother-in-law of Prof. KIERSTEAD who was present at his funeral. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Jas. A. Porter, pastor of the Studholm Baptist chucrh, assisted by Rev. A.H. McLeod, Free Baptist and Rev. Bailey, Methodist. The deceased leaves a wife and four daughters.
