There are nine persons now living in the village of Westport, Digby Co., N.S., who have attained over 80 years of age. Five of these are men and four women. Of the men Daniel BAILEY, age 84, is the only one born on the Island. Tow, James PETERS and John PETERS, aged respectively, 86 and 84, were born on Digby Neck. The other two Thomas GOWER and Arthur COLLINS, aged respectively 82 and 81, were born in England. The four women are widows, their ages ranging between 80 to 83.
