This sunny September morn. witnessed a happy wedding. It was that of Rev. G.C.P. PALMER and Maud JOHNSON d/o Dr. Richard JOHNSON of this city solemnized in the First Methodist Church. The service was performed by Rev. G.M. Campbell, assisted by Rev. G.W. Fisher of Tryon and Rev. Silas James of York. Prof. James M. PALMER, M.A., principal of the Male Academy, Sackville, a brother, supported the groom, while Miss Annie JOHNSON, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid. Mr. and Mrs. Palmer took the train to Summerside and from there drove to their home in Bedeque. - Charlottetown, P.E.I. 'Patriot'
