Ancillary probate of the last will and testament of late Frederick Augustus WIGGINS, Esq., formerly of St. John, N.B., late of No. 9 Porchester Terrace, County Middlesex, England, was granted to Capt. Arthur WIGGINS of London. The estate in England is sworn under 523,927 pounds 4s 1d, personal and no realty and in New Brunswick $125,000 personalty and $20,000 realty, making the total value of the estate in round figures, about $2,700,000. The will is dated 16th June 1885. Named in will: widow and sons Frederick Bayard WIGGINS and Arthur WIGGINS. To his friend, Benjamin Gerish GRAY. To daughters, Susan WIGGINS, Maria HALL wife of Henry HALL, Esq., Frances Ann WIGGINS, Elizabeth WILLOUGHBY w/o C.S. WILLOUGHBY, Esq., army pay dept., Maude Bayard SANDILANDS wife of Hon. F.R. SANDILANDS of H.M. Navy and Mabel WIGGINS. The will was proved March 29th, by Mrs. Wiggins, Frederick B. Wiggins and Arthur Wiggins, the latter of whom is now in St. John.
