W. James MILLS, a citizen of Sussex (Kings Co.) passed to the spirit land at his home in Dutch Valley Wednesday night after an illness of nearly two years. Mr. Mills was born in Moncton 64 years ago. When a young man he married a Miss BOYD d/o late David BOYD and granddaughter of Rev. Joseph CRANDALL of Salisbury (West. Co.). Mr. Mills conducted a milling and lumber business at Sussex Portage for a number of years, but for the last few years he has resided in Sussex parish. Mrs. Mills and twelve children survive. The names of the sons are Walter J. MILLS, Gordon MILLS, Percy MILLS, Burpee MILLS, Joseph MILLS, John MILLS, Ross MILLS and Harry MILLS. Two sons, Lewis MILLS and Edward MILLS are dead. The daughters are Mrs. J.A. MURRAY, Carrie MILLS, Lillie MILLS and Gertrude MILLS. The funeral will take place Saturday 2 p.m. at the cemetery, Upper Corner. Revs. Messrs. Hubly and Champion will conduct the services.
