William DOUGLASS resides at St. James (Charlotte Co.). He is a son of William DOUGLASS and Isabella DOUGLASS and was born Jan. 13th, 1840 at St. Andrews, of Scottish parentage. Was married to Sarah ELDRIDGE in 1865. Sat in municipal council for Charlotte for ten years; school trustee. He is a farmer and general trader. Conservative.
