The widow of the late John McKINNON departed this life in Cherryfield near Moncton and was buried last Lord's day on Gray's Island. The burial service at the grave was conducted by Rev. Williams of Moncton who supplied the pulpit of the church in Lower Coverdale, the pastor having gone to preach sermons in Moncton. The McKinnon's formerly lived here. John McKinnon died and was buried on Gray's Island some 15 years ago. Mrs. McKinnon leaves six of her nine children to mourn. Three of her sons ans one daughter live in Moncton; her son Angus McKINNON in Windsor, N.S. and Philip McKINNON, here. Mrs. McKinnon attained the advanced age of 85 years.
