John MOODY, a farmer well up in years, whose home was on the new line of road leading from Upper Corner, Sussex (Kings Co.) to Upham met with a terrible accident on Tuesday night which caused the loss of his life. It appears that the deceased started for home from the former place with a yoke of oxen with cart attached to them and on the way fell in front of the wheels which passed over his chest.
