The death of Donald CURRIE, Esq., late Collector of Customs for Charlottetown, P.E.I., took place in that city on 9th inst. He was in the 49th year of her age. He was appointed collector in 1873 and continued to fill that office until about six weeks ago when, on account of ill health, he asked the government to place him on a supperannuation list.
