The death occurred yesterday in her 80th year of Mrs. WARING widow of John WARING and mother of Geo. H. WARING of Messrs. Waring, White & Co. Of her other two sons, one is inspector of boilers and engines and other superintendent of Messrs. Miller & Woodman's mill. She also leaves one daughter, Mrs. B.C. FISHER of the North End from whose home on the corner of Albert and Victoria streets, the funeral will take place at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon.
