The mother of Patrick BROWN, Summerside, P.E.I. lives with him and on Christmas Day have reached the age of 99 years. She was born at St. Andrews Bay, her father being a U.E. Loyalist who fought on the British side in the American war of Independence and who afterwards was given a grant of land on St. Andrew's Bay.
