Miss Annie E. McBRIDE died in Plainfield, New Hamshire, April 25th. She was born in Seventh Tier, Jacksontown (Carleton Co.) Feb. 5, 1855 and was accordingly 33 years old. She united with the F.C.B. Church in 1878. In 1883 she went to New Hampshire and has since lived most of the time in Maine and New Hampshire. About the first of April a lady friend in Plainfield was sick with fever and she went to take care of her. On April 16th, she was taken with typhoid bilious fever. On the afternoon of the 24th ult., haemorrhage of the lungs began and she died the next morn. at 1:30. Her brother, Rev. W.H. McBRIDE of Brownville, Maine went to Plainfield and brought the remains home to Jacksontown. The funeral services took place Sunday a.m. April 29th at F.C.B. Church.
