A gathering of the HOWE family took place at Framingham, Mass. last week. The Hon. Joseph HOWE of Nova Scotia was one of the orators on the occasion. The oldest and youngest were aged respectively 89 years and 5 mos. There was a dinner at which a thousand partook. They had music, speeches and recitations, a book was kept open during the day in which hundreds registered their names, others subscribed for the history of the HOWE family and gathering. Sheriff TEMPLE and family from here (Fredericton) were present, Mrs. TEMPLE belonging to one section of the HOWE family.
