Mrs. Mary GILLIS, late of Chatham, N.B. died Wednesday eve. at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. C.H. KING, 93 Forrest Ave., in the 69th year of her age. Mrs. Gillis was attacked by grip something over a year ago and from the effects of which she died. Mrs. Gillis was a quiet and retiring person. She leaves two sons and six daughters. This clipping is from the Brockton 'Enterprise'. The remains of Mrs. Gillis arrived here Saturday night last, accompanied by two daughters, Mrs. King and Miss Mary Giliis. The interment took place at Moorfields from the residence of the son-in-law of the deceased, Sunday, 24th inst., which brought together many of the old residents of the parish.
