Fred MILLICAN s/o Conductor Jas. MILLICAN of I.C.R., was a passenger by the Canadian Pacific express last night for Virginia where he goes to accept a position on the Norfolk & Western Railway. For the past three years he has been a driver on the Intercolonial and has also seen service on the Cape Breton and Short Line Railway in Nova Scotia.
