Our citizens were surprised to hear of the death of Timothy DRISCOLL which occurred at his residence, Kingsclear (York Co.) this morn. after an illness of two days. Deceased was in the city last week apparently enjoying good health. Driscoll, who was about 65 years of age, came from Ireland to this country somewhere about the year '33 and has been engaged in the butcher business nearly all his life. He was the son of the late John DRISCOLL who had the army contract for beef while the army regulars were here.
