It is not generally known that Henry BULL, whose death is recorded in another column, was a nephew of Hon. W.B. GLADSTONE, his mother, having been a sister of that eminent statesman. He came to Stanley (York Co.) about 26 years ago while Col. HAYNE was managing the Land Company and was for a number of years on the staff of the New Brunswick and Canada Railroad, but some years since, in consequence of ill health, resigned the position of station master at St. Andrews. For the past twelve years, he has suffered at times from asthma, a disease contracted while station master at Canterbury. This disease, coupled with an attack of pulmonary consumption, carried him off.
