William Pugsley, acting for Mrs. Richard MARTIN and her two children, who are grandchildren of the late Wm MARTIN, has asked to have the will proved in solemn form. Under the will the estate was divided almost equally between the three sons, Alfred MARTIN, Thomas J. MARTIN and George A. MARTIN. The sum of $300 was given to Mrs. Richard McDONALD, a daughter and $100 each to Mr. Richard Martin's children. (see original)
