Pictou 'news' - We regret to record the death of Herbert S. ROBERTSON s/o William M. ROBERTSON, native of Pictou Co., N.S., but at present residing in Sydney C.B. Mr. R. died at Chatham, New York on 31st March of typhoid fever. He was born in Moncton (West. Co.). He went to school in Windsor, Halifax, P.E.I. and Arichat. Whilst in P.E.I., he lived with Rev. Alex. McLEAN of Belfast (now of Hopewell (Albert Co.)) who took a deep interest in his education.
